Fernando Cabrera made an appearance on News 12 The Bronx tonight to speak on the decision of the Department of Health to turn the former Fordham Library into an animal shelter.

Can Someone please fix the video... I think it cut out the part where all the other people who are already in office are standing up and making themselves heard... OR is it just that Dr. Cabrera is the only one who really cares about the status of the community... That is what it looks like, because that is the way it is.
So if I dont have cablevision then I can't watch the video?
